■ Monthly Income requirements  

• Household of 1: $1,075 - $ 2,083  

• Household of 2: $1,451 - $2,333  

• Household of 3: $1,830 - $2,917      

  

Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming

  

■ Monthly Income requirements  

• Household of 1: $1,657 - $2,083  

• Household of 2: $2,003 - $2,917  

• Household of 3: $2,525 - $3,917

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYABLE REFERRALS:

  

The determining factors to receive referral compensations:   

1.Applicants must be at least 19 years of age or older.   2.Applicants cannot have other insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.   3.Estimated Income must fall within the below threshold for 2023. 4.Must upload a clear picture of the applicants Govt. Issued ID. This includes but not limited to a Driver’s License, State ID, U.S. Passport, Library Card & Military ID
